Norweska grupa deathmetalowa założona w 1998 przez Tchorta i Doda, którzy występowali wówczas gościnnie na trasie Satyricon. Ten pierwszy zresztą był już wówczas bardzo zapracowanym człowiekiem - udzielał się w blackowym Carpathian Forest i przyczynił się do reaktywacji Green Carnation. W Blood Red Throne zdecydował się na granie deathmetalu w starym florydzkim stylu, garściami czerpiąc szczególnie z dorobku Morbid Angel i Obituary. Doskonała produkcja, wariacje tempa i klasyczny growling Mr.Hustlera zdobyły grupie pewną popularność. Na [2] przerobiono Cryptic Realms Massacre.
